EleVint runs a resort the way a resort actually runs: someone asks for something, and Shelby — the AI that runs the platform — does the work: booking the room, opening the check, moving the wine, adding the wine to the catalog, taking the payment.
To prove it holds up, we let AI play the other side too. An AI guest or member of staff makes a realistic request, in their own words, mistakes and all. Shelby has to satisfy it by driving the real product — the same software our customers use. Nothing here is scripted or mocked up, and the tag on each conversation (Front Desk) is the shift Shelby was covering.
